I’m Lindley Rust. The gal behind all things Lindley Rust Photography. I’m so happy you’ve found your way to my page & are interested in knowing more about what I do & who I am.
My love for photography began at age 13 when I received my first camera as a gift from my dad. That early passion led me to Louisiana Tech University where I graduated with a BFA in Photography in 2009.
Upon earning my BFA in photography I moved to Jackson Hole, WY. Three years later, in 2013 I made the decision to build my life here in Wyoming, and a year later I started Lindley Rust Photography. Since then I've shot magazine covers, weddings, restaurants, interior design, live music, landscapes, documentary, fashion, families, the list goes on. I’ve loved every minute of it!
My parents raised me to love and appreciate the mountains. It was no surprise when my heart led me to the Tetons where I live with my husband, Matt, and our daughter, Frankie. When I'm not behind the lens, you’ll find me hiking, cross country skiing & exploring this beautiful place I love to call home.
My photographs have been published in The Wall Street Journal, Vogue, AFAR, Sunset Magazine, USA Today, The Travel Channel, Apartment Therapy, Thrillist, Domino, Rocky Mountain Bride, The Infatuation, and many others.
